We already have this in my borough where there are vast swathes of empty millionaires flats being railroaded through by our Tory council. Homeless families housed in temporary accommodation for that is anything but as they are there for years on end, which have shared bathrooms, no kitchens or above ground windows. Ghost towers where the very few council tenants are denied the open spaces that they walk past every day and dismal in cared for entrances and no services because they are not the absent investment property owners.

Communitoes live in developments, not developers. All future developments should be guided by the needs of the community and sustainable future living considerations. Profiteering and railroading needs to be a thing of the past!
